Everything CPA firms ask before starting their free 30 days — pricing, supervision, security and terms.
A flat $950 per month for a full-time (40 hours/week) dedicated junior accountant. The success manager, daily KPI reporting, Time Doctor tracking and free replacements are all included — there are no setup fees or add-ons.
No. We don't take advance payment. Your accountant works for 30 days first; your first invoice arrives after those 30 days, and you pay it only if you're satisfied with the work.
Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM in your firm's time zone — full overlap with your working day, not a night-shift handoff.
Time Doctor is installed on every accountant's workstation. It tracks time and activity for the full shift, and you can verify the hours worked.
A dedicated success manager QA-checks the output daily against your standards and agreed KPIs, then emails you an end-of-day progress report. You supervise by inbox; we handle the management.
Everything you'd give a junior on your own team: bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, QuickBooks and Xero work, AP/AR, month-end close support, cleanups, catch-up work and tax-season workpaper prep. Final review always stays with your CPAs.
Tell your success manager and we replace them immediately from our trained pool, at no cost, with the handover managed by us. No re-recruiting, no lost weeks.
Access runs under credentials you control — you grant it, you can revoke it any time. Work happens inside your systems (QBO, Xero, your document tools), not on copies of your data, and activity is monitored through Time Doctor.
Our accountants are based overseas, so you carry no US employer burden: no payroll taxes, health insurance, liability coverage, workers' comp, severance or unemployment claims. You get the full-time work without the employment overhead.
No lock-in. After the 30-day proof period, the engagement runs month-to-month at the same flat rate.
Yes. We match a candidate from our pool to your software stack and client mix, and you can interview them before work begins.
Both. Solo practitioners use one accountant to reclaim their evenings; multi-partner firms place several accountants across teams. The rate is the same flat $950 per accountant either way.
No upfront payment. No contract lock-in. Your first invoice arrives after 30 days of completed work — and you only pay it if you're satisfied.
